Try to get over Anzac Bridge quickly, can get noisy, and watch out for food delivery bikes. Pyrmont foreshore is so nice to run along and then the gravel / pavement track along Bangaroo is a great change. If you can run further then run to Mrs Mac Chair through the Royal Botanical Garden.
